Everbuild 709 Floor Flex Plus Latex 5L

Everbuild’s 709 Floor Flex Plus Latex is a polymer emulsion that replaces water in powder form floor compounds and powder tile adhesives. It increases the flexibility of floor levelling chemicals as a rubber-based latex additive. One of its most significant advantages is that it increases the adhesion of self-leveling screeds and allows for the application of a thinner layer of mix.
