Glass Guard is a water-based, self-curing synthetic flat roofing membrane that works to provide a long-lasting and low maintenance solution. Ideal for new installations or replacement repairs, this high quality resin is backed by a 10-year manufacturer guarantee when used in the correct manner and is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. Glass Guard is also fire retardant when used in conjunction with slate granules (Slate granules should be applied to the topcoat at a rate of 0.75kg/m² for fire certification – BS476 Part 3:2004) and is used in conjunction with fibreglass matting.
